Our supervisor is an experienced individual. And he’s （or she’s） senior to me. He’s（She’s） been inspiring and periodically giving insights to the team. I totally respect and enjoy working under him (or her).

主語を “I, my, me” ではなく、“we, our” のようにチームを想起させる主語を使用することです。そして、ネガティブ内容はなし、ポジティブ内容だけ含めて回答するとOK

My outside interest is mostly spending time with my family. Going out, playing balls, fishing and cooking. Wife and kids are the center of my interest besides work.

First of all. I’m happy, fulfilled and optimistic. Surrounded with my family and great team members at work. I wouldn’t do anything different. I made my best judgement every time.

I would like to settle down first. Take a close watch on each team member. Their strengths and talent. Try to fit into the team. Get a grasp of why things are done that way and then figure out where I can make the improvement.

Firing is the last resort. We incur extra cost and hours to hire the brightest individual. Firing means hiring was inaccurate. If we’ve done a proper hiring, firing won’t happen. But when it’s necessary, we’ll do.

“Challenge” is my favorite word. I did have ups and downs. However, each time when facing difficulty I did my best. Learned, studied and asked for advice. I don’t have any regrets neither do I have to redo it again.

We’ve just implemented a new group ware. It enhances remote conference with a newly developed app which messages can be sent verbally. I’m not keen in tech, but trying to improve myself in this area.  

It’s difficult to keep track of those numbers. It is true, that I work long hours since I’m result-oriented. But at the same time, I follow company rules and manage my personal life.  

My boss and I had different views. We agreed on some issues and disagreed on the other. However, I enjoyed working for him. This is because we treated each other professionally and respected other’s view.  

To make a fair judgement and response to the question, I need to know more about the opportunity and your whole package. “Opportunity” is valuable and would like to be paid according to what I can deliver throughout my X years of experience.
